Dear Pack 720 Families,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 Scouting year! We are so excited to kick off another incredible chapter of adventure, team-building, and outdoor fun with your Scouts. Our returning families are the heartbeat of this pack, and we can’t wait to make this our best year yet!

To get everything lined up for a smooth and successful start, we have a few important updates and requests for the upcoming season:

1.  Power the Pack: Our New Volunteer Ask!

Scouting is a team sport-not just for the kids, but for the parents too! To ensure our events and campouts run smoothly, we are introducing a new tradition this year: we ask that every returning family sign up to support the pack in one of three areas.

It takes a village to build these lifelong memories, so please jump in and choose where you’d like to make an impact:  Sign Up Here to Support the Pack

2.  Dues, Uniforms, and Popcorn Power!

Our annual dues are reduced this year to $270 per Scout! This fully covers the BSA National rechartering fee, all advancement awards and recognition items, food at designated pack events, and your Scout’s brand-new, bright Orange Class B T-shirt!  (Please attend the Back to the Pack to complete payment and get your 2026-2027 Class B).

Here is how the payment structure breaks down and how you can tackle it:

• Phase 1: Registration ($145) 
  • Due: At the time of annual registration with the Central Florida Council (CFC).  Please check your email from Scouting America or your MyScouting.org account.
• Phase 2: Pack Balance ($125)
  • Due: $25 due by Pack Birthday Party – September 12th
    • Check or Cash only
    • Want to use Zelle?  Help sign up as the Assistant Treasurer to get us started!
  • Remaining Balance: Offset by popcorn fundraising.  
    • Individual Scout Goal: $500
    • Dues offset Goal: $300
    • Fundraising Goal: November 7th

Have Class A uniform items from last year’s den and want to donate to our uniform drive?  Bring your old den items to Back to the Pack and pass them to our next scouts!

3.  Health and Media Prep (Let’s Stay Safe & Connected!)

• Annual Health Forms (AHMR): Safety first! Every single Scout and participating parent needs an updated health form on file. Please complete, save a digital copy for yourself, and print out a physical copy to hand directly to the Cubmaster.  Download the Official Scouting Health Form Here (Be sure to select the option for “All Scouting events” before downloading!)
• Media Consent Forms: We love sharing the highlights of our adventures! Your social media and media consent forms from previous years are securely on file. If you have any updates to your preferences or questions about these forms, please reach out to us at pack720fl@gmail.com.
